Prints are made to order and dispatched within 2 business days. Once shipped, EU delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, the UK 3–5 days, and the US, Canada and Australia 5–10 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the studio.

Returns
Returns & refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for a full refund. Prints should come back unframed and in their original, undamaged condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
We're sorry! Send a photo to hello@filledwall.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement straight away. There is no need to return the damaged piece.
Yes. Start a return within 14 days and place a new order for the size you'd like. If there's a price difference on an unshipped exchange, just let us know and we'll balance it.

Paper & print quality
Every print is produced with the giclée process: pigment inks on 200gsm archival, acid-free fine-art paper with a smooth matte finish. It gives deep blacks, accurate colour and fade resistance rated for decades under normal display conditions.
You choose. Every design is available as a Print (unframed) or a Framed Print in White, Black or Blue. Framed pieces come glazed and ready to hang, with fixings included.
We colour-calibrate every design and print, so results are very close to our product photos. Screens vary, so tiny shifts are normal, but if a print looks wrong to you, we'll make it right.
Framing
Sizes & framing
We offer both A-series and inch formats: 8x10, A4, A3, 12x18, 16x20, A2, 18x24, 24x36 and A1. A-series suits standard European frames; inch sizes fit common US ready-made frames.
Framed prints come in White, Black or Blue, with a slim, gallery-style profile that suits the minimal look of the artwork. Select your frame colour on the product page before adding to cart.
Yes. Unframed prints are cut to exact A-series and inch dimensions, so they drop straight into off-the-shelf frames with no trimming needed. A small white border is included for easy mounting.

Because prints go into production quickly, email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to amend or cancel before it's made. After that we can help through the standard returns process.
