I ordered this and two other items from this shop. However, around a week after the expected delivery date of these items they still hadn’t arrived. I contacted the seller, who immediately responded well by checking to see where they were. The prints had been lost, so the seller told me he would send a new order with a new tracking details. However, after nearly two weeks, nothing had been dispatched. I ended up with a refund for my items, and asked the seller again if it was possible to re-order the prints at the sale price I purchased them for, to which I received no response. I was really looking forward to these items, and would have appreciated more communication from the seller as to the whereabouts of my replacement order.
